Refund and Cancellation Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply to device orders placed through hotspotmaster.com and to the annual software subscription.

2. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of receiving the device, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty.

Purchases made for commercial or professional purposes are not consumer transactions under Law No. 6502; returns for those are governed by the agreement between us.

3. How to notify withdrawal

You can exercise the right of withdrawal by telling us within the period by e-mail or phone. Giving your order number and contact details speeds the process up.

4. Returning the device

The device must be sent back in resaleable condition, with its box, accessories and documents.

You must hand the device to our contracted courier within ten days of the withdrawal notice. If you return it with another courier, the shipping cost is yours.

5. Refund

Once the returned device reaches us and has been checked, we refund the payment to the payment method it was made with, within fourteen days at the latest.

The time your bank takes to show the amount on your card is outside that period.

6. When withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products configured to your specification, products unsuitable for return by their nature, or products that have lost value through use.

For services performed instantly online, the right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun.

7. Cancelling the software subscription

You may cancel the annual software subscription at any time so that it does not renew. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the fee for that period is not refunded.

If you cancel within the first fourteen days and have not used the service, the fee paid is refunded.

8. Faulty products

If the device you receive is faulty, you may use the remedies available to you under Law No. 6502. In that case the shipping cost is ours.

9. Disputes

For objections and claims you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of your place of residence or of the place where the transaction was made, within the monetary thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade.
