Hotspot Master is a cloud platform that runs guest Wi-Fi and access logging for hotels, cafés, malls and campuses. It is built by the team that has been making software for over twenty years and wrote Türkiye's first cloud-based hotel management system.
Our journey began in 2003 in Denizli under the name Tasarım Rehberi Bilgisayar Sistemleri. We were a small development team building websites and custom software for public bodies and private companies alike.
In 2010 we saw that tourism needed a different kind of software, and turned seven years of experience into the HMS Hotel Management System — the first hotel software in Türkiye built natively for the cloud. We added the channel manager in 2018 and opened the system to international markets in 2020.
Working with hotels, we kept hearing the same complaint: guest Wi-Fi. Reception handed out passwords by hand, departed guests stayed connected, and the legally required access logs piled up on a computer in the back office. That is why we wrote Hotspot Master — a guest Wi-Fi platform that moves every step, from login to log archive, into the cloud and leaves reception out of it.
Today we keep developing the product at our R&D office in Pamukkale University Technopark. Hotspot Master is published in 21 languages and used by hotels, cafés, malls, hospitals, campuses and municipalities, each with their own scenario.
Each step was built on the one before it: from web design to hotel software, then to the channel manager and guest Wi-Fi.
We set out in Denizli as a small development team, building websites and custom software projects.
After seven years of groundwork we launched the first hotel software in Türkiye built natively for the cloud.
We added a channel manager that controls rates and availability across online sales channels from a single panel.
HMS Hotel Management System opened to markets outside Türkiye and the product family became multilingual.

We wrote our first hotel software for the cloud back in 2010. Hotspot Master shares that architecture: no local server, no external disk, no forgotten backup.
Access logging, time stamping and privacy notices ship inside the product. As regulations change we update the system — there is nothing for you to do.
The PMS, channel manager, guest relations and hotspot are built by the same team. The integration is not a bridge bolted on afterwards.
Sales are available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00; technical support answers around the clock. Reception is never left alone at midnight.
