Yes. It works with MikroTik, Ubiquiti (UniFi), Ruijie, Cisco and similar devices that support hotspot redirection. You don't need to replace your access points; you only need a router at the network edge to handle the hotspot function. If you don't have a suitable router, choose one of our pre-configured device packages.
Records are kept on our encrypted cloud servers in Turkey for the period required by regulation. Each record is signed with a timestamp, so it can be proven that it hasn't been altered. When an official request arrives, you pick the date range in the panel and export the report.
Integration with HMS Hotel Software works out of the box. Other PMS platforms can be integrated through our open API; send us your project and we'll assess it together. Without an integration you can still use Turkish ID, passport or SMS login instead of room number.
The data belongs to your business; Hotspot Master acts as a data processor. The privacy notice and explicit consent checkboxes are built into the welcome screen. Collected data is processed only for legal requirements and the purposes you define, and is never shared with third parties.
Our cloud servers run redundantly. If the property's internet goes down, guests naturally can't get online either; when it returns, the device reconnects by itself and sessions resume where they left off. You're notified through the panel and the mobile app the moment a device goes offline.
