1. Parties and subject

The agreement is concluded electronically between the seller identified above and the buyer placing the order. The buyer declares that they have read and accepted the pre-contractual information before ordering.

2. Products and services covered

The subject of the agreement is the hotspot device whose specifications and sale price are stated on the devices and pricing page, together with the annual right to use the cloud panel software.

The essential characteristics of the product, the sale price including taxes and the delivery details are presented to the buyer before ordering; promotional prices apply for the duration of the campaign.

3. Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the bank’s virtual POS infrastructure, or by bank transfer. Card details are not stored on the seller’s systems.

Card payments are completed through the 3D Secure verification screen of the issuing bank.

4. Delivery

The device is delivered by courier to the address given in the order. Delivery times and conditions are explained on the delivery and service terms page.

The software service begins to be performed electronically the moment the account is created.

5. The buyer’s undertakings

The buyer must inspect the device on delivery and must not accept a damaged or opened package from the courier without having a report drawn up.

6. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen days of receiving the device. How it is used, its conditions and its exceptions are explained in detail on the refund and cancellation page.

7. When withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products prepared to the buyer’s specification, for services performed instantly online, or for services whose performance has begun.

8. Default and cancellation

If the buyer does not complete payment or the bank cancels the transaction, the seller is released from the obligation to deliver. An order may be cancelled at any time by agreement between the parties.

9. Personal data

Personal data processed under this agreement is handled according to the principles set out in the privacy policy.

10. Disputes and entry into force

Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction over disputes, within the monetary thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade.

This agreement is concluded and enters into force when the buyer confirms the order.
