Terms of Use

1. Scope

This document applies to everyone who visits the site and to every user with access to the panel. Details of paid services are set out in the distance sales agreement.

2. What the service is

Hotspot Master is cloud-based software that manages guest Wi-Fi access and keeps connection records under Turkish Law No. 5651. Hardware is sold separately, pre-configured for the service.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything done through your account.

If you notice unauthorised access, you must tell us without delay.

4. Acceptable use

The service may not be used to publish unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, test system security without permission, or place an excessive load on the platform.

If these rules are breached we reserve the right to suspend the account or terminate the agreement.

5. The venue’s obligation

The venue providing internet to its guests is the party bound by the obligations under Law No. 5651. Hotspot Master is the tool that meets those obligations technically; it does not assume the venue’s legal responsibility.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the software, design, text and images on the site and in the panel belong to Hotspot Master. They may not be copied, reproduced or used to create derivative works without written permission.

7. Service continuity

Planned maintenance is carried out during low-usage hours wherever possible and announced in advance. Interruptions caused by force majeure or by infrastructure providers fall outside this.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as it stands, to the extent the law permits. We accept no liability for indirect damages or loss of profit; our liability is in any event limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Significant changes are announced through the panel or by e-mail.

10. Governing law

Turkish law applies to these terms. The courts and enforcement offices of Denizli have jurisdiction; for consumer transactions the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
