If your router is suitable, you don't need to buy a device.
If you have a router that supports hotspot redirection, you only subscribe to the cloud panel service. Your access points stay, whatever the brand.
Ubiquiti UniFi
Works with UniFi Dream Machine and USG; UniFi access points stay as they are. External portal redirection is set up through the controller.
Ruijie and Cisco
Supported on Ruijie Reyee gateways and Cisco ISR/Meraki series. We confirm compatibility per model before the demo.

Frequently asked
Think in terms of concurrently connected devices, not people. An average of 2–3 devices per hotel room, or 1–2 per café table, is a good starting point. Allow for seasonal peaks; if you're near the limit, the next package up is the safer choice.
Yes. The device ships already linked to the cloud panel. Plug your internet line into the WAN port and your existing switch or access points into the LAN port; it starts working once you select the location in the panel.
Devices are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If one fails, the configuration is stored in the cloud, so a replacement connects with the same settings and your historical logs are unaffected.
Yes. Each device is defined as a location and all locations appear in one panel. Multi-site projects receive a discount based on device count.
