2. Data we process

When you visit the site: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed.

In the demo and quote form: name, company name, e-mail, phone, message content and the package you selected.

When you use the panel: the account holder’s identity and contact details, location and device records, session logs.

On the guest Wi-Fi side: connection records kept under Turkish Law No. 5651. For those records the venue providing the service is the data controller; Hotspot Master acts as data processor.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Performance of a contract: opening an account, delivering devices, invoicing and support.

Legal obligation: logging under Law No. 5651 and retention required by tax and commercial legislation.

Legitimate interest: service security, prevention of misuse and measurement of service quality.

Explicit consent: obtained only for marketing e-mail and messages, and withdrawable at any time.

4. Sharing

Data is shared with hosting and infrastructure providers, payment institutions, courier companies, accountants and legal advisers, only to the extent the service requires.

Disclosure to public authorities is made only where legislation requires it and upon request.

5. Retention

Connection records under Law No. 5651 are kept for the period the legislation prescribes and deleted at the end of it.

Contract and invoice records are kept for the statutory limitation periods; form submissions are kept for at most two years after the request is closed.

6. Cookies

The site uses session and language-preference cookies needed for it to work. These cookies do not build user profiles.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some functions may then stop working.

7. Data security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS) and held on servers protected by access authorisation. Panel access is limited by role-based permissions.

8. Your rights

Under article 11 of the law you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction or deletion, know the third parties it has been transferred to, and claim compensation for any damage.
