# Hotspot Master

## What the product does

- Connects guests through a branded captive portal using one of four verified
  login methods: hotel room number (verified against the PMS record), Turkish ID
  number, passport number, or a one-time SMS code.
- Creates an access record for every session (user identity, MAC address, assigned
  IP, location, start and end time) with millisecond precision, signs it with a
  time stamp, and archives it on encrypted cloud servers. This is what
  Turkish Law No. 5651 requires from "mass-use providers".
- Integrates with HMS Hotel Software (PMS) so access opens at check-in and closes
  at check-out; premium internet packages are posted to the room folio.
- Applies per-group download/upload speed, daily quota, session time and
  concurrent-device limits; isolates guest devices from each other and from the
  staff network.
- Manages multiple locations from one panel, with location-based permissions,
  offline-device alerts and consolidated reporting. iOS and Android apps available.

## Facts

- Deployment: fully cloud-based; no on-premise server required.
- Compatible hardware: MikroTik, Ubiquiti UniFi, Ruijie, Cisco and other routers
  that support hotspot redirection. Existing access points can be kept.
- Pre-configured device packages: 70 users (5,500 TRY + VAT), 80 users (6,500 TRY + VAT), 80 users (7,000 TRY + VAT), 80 users (11,500 TRY + VAT), 100 users (8,000 TRY + VAT), 200 users (13,000 TRY + VAT), 240 users (11,000 TRY + VAT), 500 users (21,500 TRY + VAT), 1000 users (price on request).
  Prices are one-off promotional prices for the device, excluding VAT.
- Software fee: 100 EUR per year for the cloud panel; separate from the one-off device price.
- Capacity figures mean concurrently connected active users; registered users are unlimited.
- Support: sales weekdays 09:00–18:00 (Türkiye time), technical support 24/7.
